In an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy, we have decided to close the Branch offices in Suntree, Titusville and Cocoa Beach. The branch offices will not be staffed beginning 3/20/2020. We are encouraging everyone to work from home, however, if you need to come to the office, we just ask that you use hand sanitizer (or wash your hands with soap for 20 seconds) upon entry. Additionally, if you (or any of your guests) can answer Y to any of our Health Questionnaire please do not enter the office.
The Health Questionnaire is as follows:
Do you have a fever? Y or N
Do you have a cough or shortness of breath? Y or N
Have you had contact with a person with a confirmed case of COVID-19? Y or N
Have you traveled outside the US in the past 14 days? Y or N
Please deliver all RE/MAX closing checks to the Suntree or Merritt Island drop boxes.
Merritt Island will be open Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 until further notice. We will be keeping the doors locked and requesting that office visitors call for entry in an effort to minimize unnecessary traffic through the office. We will be asking anyone dropping off checks to simply deposit them in the mailbox outside of the Merritt Island office. There is a sign at the reception requesting that all visitors use hand sanitizer (or wash hands with soap for 20 seconds) as well as the same Health Questionnaire requirements.
