TOP 5 THINGS TO DO IN FLEX BEFORE THE CONVERSION MIDNIGHT DECEMBER 14, 2023
1. Enter and Update all listings by December 14, 2023 midnight (systems will be read only until December 18)
2. Compare Search Results in the Current (.spc) and New Database (.spa) to verify that clients will get the correct data when the new system goes live. If you need to tweek any of the searches be sure to do that asap on December 18.
3. Review any incomplete listings in Current (.spc) as they will not convert
4. Review any CMA in Current (.spc) as they will convert as PDF only
5. Review any map overlays in Current (.spc) as they will not convert
DURING THE READ ONLY PERIOD (DECEMBER 15 - DECEMBER 18)
1. Call Listing Agents for Updates (MLS DATA WILL NOT BE UPDATED DURING THIS TIME)
2. Use this as a touch point for your FLEX Contacts to get updates on how their searches are, etc. What do you need to revise based on any new changes? THEN add those to your December 18 updates
TOP 5 THINGS TO DO IN FLEX AFTER THE CONVERSION DECEMBER 18
1. Enter and Update all NEW listings and modifications ASAP
2. Modify Searches as needed
3. Re-set General Preferences (your New (.spa) system will be set to default)
4. Re-set Custom Views and Searches (your system will be set to default)
5. Re- Create your personalized map overlays in New (.spa) as they will not convert
