Florida Realtors compiled all COVID-19 info, including CDC and state health recommendations, that Fla. real estate businesses might need and put it on one easy-to-read webpage. Check back often, as information changes frequently.
NEW Unemployment update: If you submitted an unemployment application on or before April 4, YOU NEED TO APPLY AGAIN. If you submitted an application on or after April 5, you DO NOT need to reapply. In both cases, independent contractors will be denied state benefits; once denied, the Fla. Dept. of Economic Opportunity will contact you with instructions on applying for federal benefits.
