Our Transaction Coordinator is the best of the best and an important part of helping you be more productive at income producing activities! After much thought and discussion, we have decided that effective Feb 1, 2020 the closing fee for using this service will be $200 instead of $175. This is still much less than this service would cost if you were not using our in-house coordinator and still an amazing value for us all. We know she is well worth it and know that you do too.
