SQUAD NEWS-NEED TO KNOW INFO! READ TO THE END FOR A NEW INCENTIVE!!



IMPORTANT UPDATE- MERRITT ISLAND OFFICE We will be closing our Merritt Island office for agents to work from as we are about to start putting on our new roof. We have made the difficult decision that we will close the Merritt Island location for this to happen at the end of next week. The roof is going to be noisy and a large project on the exterior and we do not want anyone in an unsafe situation trying to access the office. Further to this, we are going to pull down most of the ceiling to sanitize, treat and replace any damaged wood and drywall. This will be very dusty and messy while that is going on. What happens if you need to stop by the office or have something dropped off? If you work from the Merritt Island office you will need to access the Suntree location until we make everyone aware this is open. We will be monitoring the mail, checks and location overall during this time. Please do not access the building to check on things or pick things up. If you have things there you may need for the next few weeks, please get them by the end of the week.



What happens if you work from a desk in Merritt Island? Please reach out to me directly so we can discuss this. Where can I find Global Title? We will have them set up in West Melbourne and they will still come to closings in Suntree. They will be able to be reached as always via email, call or texts. What is happening with the old SPM office in Merritt Island? We are going to be looking for a tenant for that space now that we have fixed the bathrooms in the main REMAX office. If you know of a professional business that is looking to rent that kind of space please let me know.

We will have the opportunity for any of our agents to sit in and be a part of the class and follow along without a mentor or coach. Any of our current agents in our coaching or mentoring program will use this content and continue to work with their current coach or mentor. LISTING INCENTIVES & NEW WARRANTY COMPANY

1. Solutions agents will now have an exclusive benefit that they can market to sellers when listing their home. We will be offering the seller legal protection after the sale of up to $25,000. We area also partnering with a Home Warranty company that will help to bring even more incentive to our sellers. The sellers or buyers can purchase the new warranty and have 1 year or more coverage for the buyer and when they do this will add on additional legal coverage for the seller of $50,000. This means that with the warranty they would now have up to $75,000 for any legal issue that may arise after the sale of the home is complete. This is a great marketing incentive for sellers and also buyers. Buyer can rest assured that we are selling them a quality home that will offer a warranty. We will be getting out information on a new program to use for your marketing. This is an amazing new incentive we are a part of that will offer us more liability coverage as agents and an INCENTIVE to your owners just for listing with us. We are the only office doing this right now and it is an advantage you will want to learn all about. Do not miss out!!

2. We will also have access to more legal assistance and a more extensive legal hotline that Laura and I can access for you in situations that are escalating. Please do not let something get to the point of a lawsuit and not come to us. We have so many resources to help.


3. We will be adding the option for you to give a permit history report to your clients on each property we have under contract. Many title companies do not offer this as part of their services and there is an increase in liability as the agent when this is not offered. We will be offering this to help protect our agents and our office.
