Thrive – Suntree, February 11, 2020 at 9:30 will be focused on making sure you are set up to receive leads with the new remax.com. Then we will work on being sure your website is published and customized. Bring your laptops to this session! In order to receive leads from the newly released remax.com there are a few things you need to do in booj to get setup. This Tuesday’s Thirve will be dedicated to making sure that your profile is up to date and all of the things below are completed.

Follow These Steps to Receive Leads from the new REMAX.com.
There are three steps:
Verify your MLS ID
Create a Market Area in booj
Activate new lead notifications
Verify that your Agent MLS ID is correct in your MAX/Profile – This is your License number without the BK or SL.
This is how booj verifies your membership with each MLS.
Sign in to MAX/Center and click your headshot or the RE/MAX Balloon in the top left corner.
Click on Update Account
Click MLS Affiliation.Profile
Verify that all of your IDs are correct, and the MLS Status is “Live” for each.
Create a Market Area.
Within booj, add a zip code for each area you serve to your lead settings. This will define your market area. You will lose your leads if you don’t complete this step!
Click on the booj Platform app tile in MAX/Center If you see a blank screen, please use a supported browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox
Click on the Person icon in the far right of the booj navigation banner
Access your settings in the dropdown menu
In the “Settings Pages” dropdown, select “Contacts & Leads”
Within the “Contacts & Leads” section click on the “Offered Leads” tab
Enter up to 10 zip codes in the “Offered Leads” section. You will receive leads from these areas.
Note: All areas are given the same weight. The lead routing system will ignore duplicate zip codes.
Activate Mobile Notifications
Activate mobile notifications to receive leads on your cell phone.
Navigate to the “Offered Leads” settings page.
Add a mobile number: find the phone number field at the bottom of the page and enter a mobile number. booj will send lead notifications to this number.
Enable Notifications: after adding your phone number navigate to the Notifications setting page to turn on the notifications. Check the “Text Message” box that appears next to the “Lead Assigned” and “Lead Offered” items.
