Selling in the time of Crisis

These are difficult times for everyone.  With the level of ambiguity in the world today, stress levels are at a new high.  We are in a essential business industry, people always need to buy and sell regardless of what is happening in the world.

When the stay at home order is lifted, we are likely to be very busy with those Buyers and Sellers that chose to wait until the dust settled.  So what do we do in the meantime?

If you stay in touch with your Sphere of Influence you will be the one that they call or refer their friend to.  Many of you have asked how to open the conversations.  What do I say that is comforting?
