Working with buyers - Introduce them to the statute as soon as you start working with them. We have provided a cover letter and sample affidavit you can use. This should be part of your buyer consult.
When writing an offer please include this with every offer so that the seller knows that the buyer is aware of the new statute and is eligible to purchase.
Working with Sellers - Request the addendum as part of your due diligence of offers presented. Just like you would request a proof of funds or pre approval.
