Lead Street Dashboard / Profile

  1. Have a Great Photo

  2. Have a great headline for Bio

  3. Write the Bio to tell consumer what you specialize in

  4. com coverage area add city and state. Do not duplicate the city and state that is the default for your office.  Each office has a number of cities that they include in coverage area.  Figure out what they are and add yours to not duplicate the homes.com coverage area.

  5. Remax zip codes – you can put in 10 zip codes. Based on the algorithm if you want to concentrate; add that zip code more than once.    Feel free to switch it up every month, etc.

  6. Zillow screen name – if you add your Zillow screen name it will display your reviews on your personal single page website from RE/MAX – Your Screen name can be found on your zillow profile.

  7. Text message setup – Be sure that you are choosing the correct one. If you are att, test yours to make sure you put the right one in.  If you have ATT, you can email yourself from your text and see what the “from” says to choose the correct setting.

  8. Personal contact info – for the alternate email put in your RE/MAX email if it is not your primary

  9. Background Image – instead of picking a template, use a custom one

Email Marketing

  1. Campaigns – You can review the campaigns and edit them. Be sure to read them, and edit to personalize them before you assign them to contacts.

  2. Newsletters – The monthly newsletter goes out last Thursday of each month. If you sent it up to send automatically it will go out to them.    If you ask to get the notification for newsletter, you will get an email when it is in the library and you can customize it before it is sent.  Erin recommends adding links to your vendors, personalize it, etc.

  3. Email signature – Personalize the signature – make it unique so it doesn’t look like every other email signature. Add color, etc

Social Setup

  1. Set up all the social media sites. Once you do that you can have your listings automatically post to social media as well as open houses and twitter.

  2. If you turn on the social wall, your social network posts will come up on your single page website on RE/MAX.

Misc Notes / Knowledge Nuggets from Erin

  1. Google plus – if you are not doing this, start. You must include three photos of the business as well.  Google my business and verify the listing in google.  This is very important.

  2. Put every video you can think of on youtube. – Your youtube channel!

  3. If you have a separate website and Geo specific domain is always good

  4. www.pipl.com is a website where you can try to figure more information out on your leads. With each lead try to find as much as you can so that you can tailor your responses to them specifically
