I wanted to let everyone know we have moved our Cocoa Beach location to The Galleria professional building. If you are needing to use the Cocoa Beach office you are welcome to do so at our new location. The office should be fully up and running by the end of the week. We hope you will stop by and visit Dawn and take a look at our new space.
The fact is that we were in a month to month lease at our other location and the owner has listed the property for sale. They aren’t willing to give a lease until they know what the new owner wants and have expressed that giving us a 30 day notice is an option as well. I decided that Solutions needs to know we have a location and can professionally conduct business as usual so we found a space. I did what was best for the livelihoods of the agents and staff, as I always have and always will. Laura and I will take over management of the new location and this will be run in the same manner as our Suntree and Merritt Island locations. Dawn will continue to be our admin in the new location and looks forward to continuing to work with everyone there. If you have concerns, questions or hear anything you want to talk to me about, I encourage you to do just that. I would be happy to speak with you.
The new address is 150 Cocoa Isles Blvd Ste. 101 Cocoa Beach, Fl. This is a secure professional building but it is open business hours each day. We will be able to give you the code for entry and key to the door if you are in need of after hour use. Please get with Dawn for this information.
Please go out and sell lots of real estate and let myself, Laura and the staff worry about these details. We are here for you to support you and watch you succeed.
