The new remax.com and the RE/MAX Real Estate Search App are set to launch by January 31st! With this exciting launch comes some changes, including the sunsetting of LeadStreet. After January 31st you will no longer have access to LeadStreet or any of your contacts within the system.
The Technology Engagement Team wants to ensure you are prepared to harness the power of the new remax.com and receive leads inside your booj CRM. To prepare for this launch, you’ll need to follow four crucial steps:
Create your market area through your lead settings in booj. Add up to ten zip codes in your lead settings and remember, there will not be zip code duplication in booj.
Migrate your contacts from LeadStreet into booj. Our recommendation is that you elect to have the system automatically migrate your contacts through the LeadStreet contact import located within CRM Settings. You can also export your contacts from LeadStreet into a csv file and, and import into booj. Be sure to only select one option for migrating contacts to avoid duplicate contact records.
Update your MLS ID in the MLS Affiliation section of your MAX/Center Profile. This will ensure you are connected as the listing agent for any of your listings on
remax.com and your booj website.
Set up text message notifications within booj. Text message notifications will alert you any time you have a new lead opportunity via text. This is an important step to
ensure you never miss a lead from remax.com!
