One of the amazing benefits of RE/MAX is the referral business that is sent between offices. When agents are searching for an agent to refer to they will choose a service area and then drill down from there.
By default each agent has a totoal of 13 service areas. 8 of those service areas are coming from the office. You get to choose 5 more when you set up your profile. Be sure to add all 5 of your personal service areas so that you are maximizing your profile information.
If you are not sure what the 8 office service areas are, go to The RE/MAX MAINSTREET tile and click on Connect to find yourself. This is what other agents see and you want to make sure you are maximizing all 13 service areas. Do not duplicate the service areas that are already set up by the office. You can update your profile on the MY ACCOUNT tile on Maxcntr.com. While you are at it, you may want to update your photo, any new designations, etc. Keep that profile up to date and get more Referrals.
