Based on agent feedback, we have re-organized the forms packages in both Forms Simplicity and Transaction Desk.
Not only does it include the contract forms, but we have added several of our office forms to those packages so that you will have a “drawer” of forms all in one place. We added the contract worksheets, the Buyer Disclosure forms, Personal Property Checklist, Landlord Disclosure and Sample Lease forms, the MLS Exclusion is now pre signed for your convenience and the TRID form is pre populated with the Brokerage number.
