The First App can help you reach out and become an invaluable resource for them. It also can be a simple reminder to call a friend and check in on them.
A RE/MAX exclusive, the app is available at prices much lower than the $1,800 annual fee users paid prior to the acquisition. The cost breakdown is roughly $39 a month for an annual subscription and about $59 a month for a quarterly contract. Full payment is due upfront for either option ($175/quarter or $465/year).
