Solutions Superstars!
I have a unique opportunity for a few of you. I want to be sure that everyone gets a chance so rather than asking individuals I am going to put it out to everyone.
RE/MAX Solutions has been chosen to work on a local waterfront condo project. The developer has asked that I assemble a small team of agents to sell this community. I would be managing the team directly. If this interests you there are a few basic requirements to consider before applying.
1. This is in Titusville with a commitment for you to be onsite in a sales trailer at least 2 days a week and weekends will not be off limits.
2. This is a long term opportunity for commission to be paid out in the future. If you are needing quick cash this won’t be for you.
3. This a bulk project. The pay structure is different than a single sell. The split on this project with the office will likely be higher than you are on. This split is regardless of your agreement currently in place. There will not be exceptions.
4. Confidentiality is required.
5. You would need to be ready to start planning and training with me ASAP.
6. There is a dress code. You will be wearing either a uniform or business attire.
7. The developer has the ultimate say in who works on this project. Everyone will not be selected but I do want to offer this to you all as a Solutions exclusive first.
