REALTORS are being targeted for copyright infringement and the fines are rather large.
Be sure that you do not use any photos without express written consent of the photographer. Just because you download a photo from google images does NOT MEAN you have rights to use it anywhere.
When hiring a photographer be sure to know specifically what your license to use consist of. Do you have rights to use them for a year, six months. Do you have rights to use them for anything other then marketing for that specific property (ie: using it on your website, or a facebook cover photo)? Can you allow another REALTOR to use them? It is imperative that you know the answer to these questions so that you are not violating your usage rights.
