Coast to Coast Data Share is Live on May 20th

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with three other Florida Multiple Listing Services (MLSs), St Augustine, St Johns County MLS, realMLS, Daytona Beach MLS, and Space Coast MLS, to build a true MLS data share.

Putting the needs of our members and consumers first, MLS members of these organizations will have access to all four MLSs from within their own native MLS system.

We believe:

• MLSs should share data in ways that elevate the amount of good the data can achieve. 

• A wider, more accessible MLS database is good for everyone.

• Easy access to MLS data is good for Brokers and the consumers they serve.

• Transparency is what helps the free market in a cooperative way.

On Monday, May 20th the Coast to Coast Data Share will go live. This data share will enable our members to seamlessly search listings in three other market places, in addition to the Space Coast.



• Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS

• North East Jacksonville Association of REALTORS/REAL MLS

• St Johns St Augustine County Board of REALTORS and MLS

• Space Coast Association of REALTORS and MLS

We believe that this collaboration will greatly enhance the experience of our members and provide them with greater opportunities to find the perfect property for their customer or clients needs. We look forward to seeing the positive impact that this new data share will have within our industry.

What to expect on Monday, May 20th: MLS Data from all four MLSs will be auto selected in the search. If you do not wish to search listings from all MLSs you will need to manually adjust the search parameters to only show Space Coast. If you would like to re-select all databases you will need to hold the Ctrl key and select the databases you would like to search.

With the onboard of the Coast to Coast Data Share, Space Coast Member's SUPRA eKEYS are automatically co-op’d for each of the participating MLS’s for seamless key use.

What does this mean? Our members now have the ability to show property in the area of each MLS that is listed above. Please note you must follow the proper showing instructions for each property you show.
