The booj CRM is going to change the way you do business. It is going to allow you to do more dollar productive activities because all of your contacts will be in one place. The system will send sphere touches using plans, you will be able to see their home search summary in their contact record, you can text through the CRM. It is going to be amazing.
But like all great things, you will have to do the work to get there.
If you have not seen anything on the new CRM, this is a quick overview, so you can get an idea of what the system will look like and how it will work
Think about where the contacts are currently stored. And how to organize them. The exercises will also walk you through ideas of how you want to categorize your contacts. This is important to consider as we want to make sure that you have an opportunity to think through how you will organize contacts to make it easier for you to market to them. Think about what you have in FILES (ie: Flex, Cinc, Christmas List, Invite List, PTA Directory, etc) and what do you have in PILES (ie old huds, folders, binders, address books, etc). You can upload FILES in bulk and you can upload PILES one at a time or you can create a spreadsheet to upload.
Add Everyone ! The other key thing to consider is that you also collect all of your sphere of influence contacts that you may not have added anywhere as of yet. Are they in your phone? Your email? Who are your forgetting? Check out this post to remind yourself of other contacts that you may want to add to the CRM. Print out the graphic so you can be sure all of these types of contacts are included. These are your people. Don’t forget them.
Now you have identified where your contacts are and want to get to work!
