We look forward to offering a referral fee for your tenant placements and property management clients; as well as our exclusive PARTNER PLEDGE.
When referring your Landlords for Property Management we offer $200.00 to $250.00 to the referring agent.
When referring your Landlord for Tenant Placement only we offer $100.00 to the referring agent.
When referring your Tenants for Placement we offer $100.00 to the referring agent.
Our PARTNER PLEDGE
We are excited to offer our Exclusive Partner Pledge to our Referring agents to protect your Landlords and tenants.
Landlord Protection – Whenever a referred owner attempts to sell the managed property in the future, SPM will refer this owner back to the referring agent (with no referral fee) and SPM will not attempt to sell this property.
Tenant Protection – Whenever a tenant that was placed by SPM they will reach out 60 – 90 days before their lease is up to see if they will be renting somewhere else or ready to purchase. SPM will refer that tenant back to the referring agent (with no referral fee) and SPM will not attempt to work with them to purchase a new home.
